Salon Privé London returns for its second year at Royal Hospital Chelsea on 20-22 April. Directors David and Andrew Bagley are thrilled to be once again hosting the capital’s definitive luxury motoring event, with the world’s greatest automotive brands starring alongside the best in luxury and fine dining.
One of the few events given the green light to be held at the exclusive Royal Hospital Chelsea, Salon Privé London is the metropolitan sister show to the famous Salon Privé Blenheim classic car concours.
Located in the heart of Chelsea, just minutes from Sloane Square Underground, headline brands include Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin, Abarth, Alpine, McLaren and Wiesmann, along with pure electric premium brands Genesis and Polestar.
More star cars will appear in the central Concours de Vente, a unique gathering featuring 75 of the world’s finest collector’s cars – and every one of them will be for sale.
"Andrew and I were bowled over by the success of the inaugural event last year," explained David Bagley. "This year’s event is already set to surpass it."
Indeed, it is the universal appeal to fans of all things luxury, not just petrolheads, that makes Salon Privé London so unique. "Everything, naturally, will come with that famous and exclusive Salon Privé luxury touch," added David, "which you simply can’t find anywhere else. It’s a truly wonderful experience!"
This will include first-glass food and hospitality. Highlights include a three-course luncheon in the event’s exclusive VIP hospitality pavilion, The Sloane, plus Pommery Champagne, cocktails from the London Essence Co and fine wines from Chateau La Gordonne. More casual dining comes from a selection of vintage food trucks curated by KERB.
Friday’s Boodles Ladies’ Day is the first one of the season; the most head-turning headpiece of the day will win the Boodles Best Hat Competition.
On both Thursday and Friday, the event runs into the evening, with DJs keeping the party going until 8 pm. Meanwhile, on Saturday, it’s fun for all the family at Salon Privé London, where car enthusiasts and their families get the chance to view never-before-seen cars and meet the people behind them.
