Novikov, the iconic Mayfair dining institution, is delighted to unveil an exciting Easter collaboration with luxury chocolate ‘bean to bar’ pioneer, Pierre Marcolini. Novikov’s partnership with the Belgian chocolatier will encapsulate special Easter menu items, an immersive pop-up installation and a gift store, all available at Novikov from 12th - 21st April.  The collaboration will see the coming together of two exquisite, luxury brands to create an exclusive dining experience and premium gifting opportunity this Easter. At the heart of the partnership is the celebration of Pierre Marcolini's 30th anniversary and its exceptional 2025 Easter ‘marbled’ collection.

The special menu items served at Novikov will include a stunning chocolate dessert, created by Novikov’s Pastry Chef Roberto Guzzi using Pierre Marcolini’s signature chocolate Tablets. Encased in a delicate golden chocolate shell, the dessert will reveal a velvety coconut and chocolate mousse, accompanied by beautifully caramelised shortbread.

Chef Roberto Guzzi says “A childhood memory is like a golden egg — a symbol of priceless moments. Inspired by my grandmother's traditional Uovo à la coque (soft-boiled egg), this dessert blends nostalgia and craftsmanship. It's a celebration of the magic of Easter and the special moments we build and share with our loved ones."

Alongside the dessert will be a rich and silky chocolate cocktail Praliné, crafted by Novikov’s bartender Maurizio Graverini, featuring a rich blend of smooth cognac, velvety dark chocolate, nutty amaretto, and aromatic sherry. These exquisite items will both highlight the richness of Pierre Marcolini’s chocolate, a proud pioneer of the ‘Bean to bar’ movement, Pierre works sustainably with plantations across the globe to select the best cocoa beans, roasted in Brussels to highlight the individual qualities and flavours.

Beyond the menu, the partnership will also entail a showstopper Easter installation at Novikov, with Pierre Marolini’s ‘Grand Oeuf’ as its breathtaking centrepiece. Guests can also explore the pop-up store, located within Novikov, where they will be able to purchase and delight in Pierre Marcolini’s Easter 2025 egg selection - the perfect opportunity to pick up a unique, thoughtful and delicious Easter gift for friends and family. Items sold in the shop will include: the Surprise Easter eggs, 250g for £45.00; Malline 24 /Plumier 12 small eggs for £39.00/£27.00; Bite-sized egg for £12. 90;, Egg box tin for £16.90; and showstopping ‘Grand Oeuf’, sitting on two drawers of 24 mini eggs, and 30 animals for £159.00.

Each creation from Pierre’s 2025 Easter collection has been designed to surprise and delight, offering a perfect celebration of flavours and textures. Between the melting richness of exceptional chocolate and the nostalgic crunch of a delectable biscuit, each bite is a promise of pleasure. Discover unique creations where milk chocolate unveils its generous sweetness, while dark chocolate, reserved for purists, reveals all its richness thanks to the exceptional beans from São Tomé & Príncipe and Ecuador.

Pierre Marcolini says “This year, we have a motto: let's stop choosing, let's take it all and mix, combine flavours, textures, and colours! We wish everyone an excellent tasting experience and hope people enjoy the new creations, as much as we enjoyed designing them. Happy Easter!’’
